Growing up in the music industry while introduced to sailing at age 9, organisation, providing experience, a love for travel and a canvas for my ambition materialised when I discovered the Yachting Industry. After 5 years as full time yacht captain I continued as a freelancer. The demand grew and naturally I started recruiting quality crew to respond to the demand. Today my company provides highly professional yacht crew for our select portfolio of discerning clients. I maintain a sustainable balance between work and family life
