Jeremy Kwan

Dancer and Therapist in Singapore

BSc (Hons.) Sports Science | Sports Therapist & Rehabilitation Specialist

Hello, I’m Jeremy, a Sports Science graduate with honors, specializing in sports therapy and rehabilitation. My approach combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience, focusing on injury prevention, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, particularly for dancers.

Having experienced multiple dance-related injuries and a slip disc that left me unable to walk and prevented me from dancing for years, I truly understand the challenges of recovery. This experience fuels my passion for helping others recover, regain strength, and optimize their movement. I also have clinical experience working with stroke, cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injury patients, as well as providing homecare rehabilitation for stroke patients. My primary expertise is in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and manual therapy

Beyond rehabilitation, I am an active Taekwondo coach, focusing on skill development while creating a positive, structured training environment. This unique combination of clinical expertise and coaching experience allows me to guide individuals toward effective recovery and achieving peak performance.
