Father. Firefighter/EMT-B. Web geek. Inventory ninja. Technology wizard. Web development minion. Secret weapon of awesomeness. Master of arcane and possibly useless trivia. Movie buff. Me.

The path to my present existence was interesting; five years in college studying the art of Politics, dabbling in a little computer science on the side; then off to seven years in restaurants learning inventory control and groping my way through managing diverse populations; a four month self-inflicted sabbatical to refocus and grow; then onto my present deal working in healthcare inventory control and logistics. Twelve years in the fire service as a Firefighter/EMT-B mixed in between. I develop distance education materials for firefighters, EMT's, emergency management personnel, and telecommunicators.

I specialize in being on the bleeding edge of technology; making new technology understandable and affordable for the many stakeholders I work with and for. But that doesn't mean I sit at a desk and dictate what works. I'm not afraid to get my boots scuffed and dirty - and my work doesn't mean a thing to me unless I deliver a quality product for the enduser. Whoever that enduser is.
