I’m Jeremy, a Worship Leader and Worship Ministry Coach based in Sarasota, Florida. It's great to connect with you!

With over a decade of experience in vocational ministry, I’m passionate about helping worship teams, worship leaders, and worship departments, cultivate authentic encounters with Jesus. Worship ministry goes beyond leading music, and being a worship leader is more than just singing songs. As worship leaders, we are entrusted with the wonderful responsibility of ushering people into a greater awareness of God's presence; helping them fix their eyes on Him, and inviting them to respond to Him as they see Him. But this is something we must first do ourselves.

That is why at HARP, we focus on training the heart of the minister while also stewarding the work of the ministry. Healthy ministry flows out of healthy ministers. We provide tailored workshops, coaching, and consultations to help worship teams become practitioners of God’s presence in every area of life, not just on the platform.

Speaking of life off the platform, beyond my leadership in the church, my greatest joy is being a husband to Kandais and father to Eden, Judah, and Reign—and I prioritize being present with them. If I'm not doing my best to lead well at home, how can I hope to lead faithfully in God's house?
