Jeremy Dirks

I have been educating youth for over 21 years and am currently in my eighth year as Principal of Christopher High School in Gilroy, California. Prior to this, I served as Assistant Principal at South Valley Middle School and San Benito High School. My teaching experience spans United States History, Global History, World History, AVID, Yearbook, Journalism, and Physical Education. In addition to classroom teaching, I served as the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and was honored by my peers as Tri-County Athletic League Coach of the Year.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and a Clear Administrative Services Credential. Beyond education, I served as a County Parks and Recreation Commissioner for San Benito County.

I have been happily married for 21 years and am the proud parent of two wonderful children.
