Jeremy Alters

Jeremy Alters is a well-known former attorney currently located in Miami. He is widely recognized for the many high-profile class action lawsuits that he won, including the Bank of America overdraft fees case, which is one of the biggest settlements against a financial institution, as well as cases related to the BP oil spill and Chinese drywall claims, among others.

Mr. Alters served on the fundraising committee for President Obama in 2008 and helped to raise a large sum for Democrats. He proudly supports the Democratic Party and continues to show his support by donating his own funds to congressional and senatorial campaigns.

Jeremy Alters also continues to give back close to home, specifically by donating money to youth-development programs and higher-education scholarships in south Florida. Every Christmas, Alters also sponsors 100 children in a small town outside of Bogotá, Colombia, providing clothing, toys and school supplies. He is a family man, living with his three children and four rescue-dogs in Golden Beach, Florida.
