In Marcus Buckingham’s StandOut assessment, my strengths fell into two roles— I’m a creator and a connector. A creator wins by organizing chaos in some useful way. And a connector enjoys building relationships and bringing together people, information and ideas to promote productivity. These two roles explain how I use my talents to be successful. I love to find solutions to problems and discover ways to bring together different perspectives.

I am a graduating public relations senior at Florida A&M University’s School of Journalism & Graphic Communication. Throughout my undergraduate experience, I have worked in the communication industry in fields from community relations and social responsibility to project management and integrated marketing. As an ambitious PR professional, I look forward to using my experience and education to take my career to the next level.
