Jeremy Dayton

I am currently the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Polymer Technologies, a company specializing in custom sound and vibration solutions. We make anything from custom molded foam insulation to shock isolation mounts.

I received my BA in Finance from Kennedy-Western University, and I've been at Polymer for over 16 years, and initially started as a Sales Engineer. I worked through the ranks and was promoted to Program Director of Aerospace in 2009, and later to my current position as EVP.

I'm considered a jack of all trades around Polymer, due to my interaction with every department within the Polymer. I am actively involved with the purchasing department, technical management, production, and quality control.

As a manager I put a lot of trust in my team to prioritize tasks and tactics as they see fit, and work with them to bring out the best in their abilities.
