Jeremy Gomez

Do you have an extraordinary vision to accomplish? Jeremy Gomez most certainly does. Born in Lima, Peru, Jeremy spent most of his childhood admiring his father work as a successful accountant in a large department store chain. After his family moved to Orlando, FL at the age of 7, Gomez focused on getting the most out of his education. At age 21, he acquired his first business–a successful wireless franchise. Within 15 months, he had a total of 3 retail stores with over 2 million in sales. As a passionate entrepreneur, he became the top producing franchisee of an Orlando-based parent wireless company which produced 13 million in sales annually. During this time, Jeremy also became an active residential real estate investor. After three years of experience owning and operating retail based business, Jeremy decided to become a fully licensed real state professional.

Since 2006, Jeremy has been catering to international and local investors and clients. Along with his older brother Yuri Gomez, Jeremy currently is part owner and principal broker of G World Properties.

Jeremy has helped conduct many important real estate milestones, including the Final Builder’s Blowout, which brought Orlando’s 15 biggest builders together (for the first time) under one roof to sell their inventory at record low prices. Gomez is changing Orlando’s real estate face with innovated ideas which is the complete opposite approach to the over-saturated traditional real estate industry.
