I have a passion for improving the health, businesses, and lives of myself and others by chaging the ways we think, believe, and train our minds. It's amazing what we can do with the right mindset.

But I didn't always do this. I grew up in Woodstock, Georgia, went to graduate school (Rhetoric) and law school, then practiced law for a little more than 6 years.
