Jeremy Goldstein

Founding partner of Jeremy L. Goldstein & Associates, LLC, Jeremy Goldstein earned a BA from Cornell University and an MA from the University of Chicago. After completing a JD at New York University School of Law, he began his law career as an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Mr. Goldstein subsequently joined a large New York City law firm noted for its mergers and acquisitions practice, where as a partner for several years he handled executive compensation matters related to corporate governance and organizational transitions.

Since establishing his private, boutique law firm in 2014, Jeremy Goldstein has advised compensation committees, management groups, and CEOs on corporate governance and executive pay issues. He concentrates on guiding clients through corporate transitions and other delicate situations.

Well regarded in his field, Jeremy Goldstein has received listing as one of the foremost executive compensation attorneys in Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers and The Legal 500. He has taken part in several of the past decade’s most prominent corporate transactions, such as the merger of Phillips Petroleum Company and Conoco, Inc., and Sanofi-Aventis’ acquisition of Genzyme.
