I am passionate about making peoples lives better. Whether it is through the business of staffing or volunteering and feeding the families through the Son Shine Ministry. Working to find the purple squirrel or close a deal, that is what I love to do. I try and make work like my life, full of adventure and challenge. I love spending time with friends and family and I am a bit of a dreamer and I love to make my dreams a reality. I was born in Maine and lost my parents when I was nine. My sisters and I were adopted by a wonderful couple, Alan and Gail Schiff. Both of them have passed on but they left a lasting legacy with me of love and strength.
I work hard and play hard. I ran my first ½ Marathon in Monterrey and I am constantly looking for more challenges. I do not dwell on the past and I try to enjoy each moment and each event for what it is. I love to travel and open new accounts while closing business. What a rush! My favorite teams are the Redsox and Alabama Crimson Tide. I do pull for the bay area teams to win when we are not playing them.
I stay connected to many different groups – Facebook friends, childhood friends, past colleagues and even people I have only met once. I like to learn from blogs and enjoy their insights. On my bike every morning, I read the wall street journal and stay informed, prepared and ready to take action for the day.
I lead by rolling up my sleeves and getting in the trenches. I have been successful creating and running my own staffing business.
At netPolarity, I have brought in amazing clients ESPN, Intel, and Tesla.
I have utilized technology to implement recruitment tools, social media integration with Facebook, and LinkedIn. I have brought in with MSP’s and introduced vendor management services to my team.
I am currently working for netPolarity in Silicon Valley, where I work for a company that I have helped grow from 17 internal employees to over 70.
I feel that the very best part of my life is that I have a wonderful and supportive family and I get to experience the world through the eyes of my children. My children remind me every day to cherish what we have and remember to listen to the waves crash on the beach. My wife, Tracy is the most amazing woman, wife and mother and I could not imagine my life without her. Plus she is an amazing roll model too. With the consider myself the luckiest man in the world.
