I currently serve as the General Manager at Action Cleaning Equipment, where I focus on growing teams, improving systems, and driving real results in the industrial cleaning equipment space. I enjoy taking something with potential and helping it run better, stronger, and more efficiently.

Before stepping into business, I was a teacher and had the opportunity to help build and lead a school from the ground up. That experience shaped how I think about leadership, growth, and accountability. Whether in the classroom or in business, my focus has always been the same, helping people become more capable, more disciplined, and more confident in what they’re building.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, music, and personal growth. I play guitar, enjoy time with my kids, and value strong friendships and meaningful conversations.

I’m especially interested in building something long-term, in business, in life, and in the people around me.
