I was originally in marketing and communications. My excellent verbal and written communication skills have allowed me to build a career in customer service in the wireless industry and that experience has proven to me that one of the best ambassadors for any successful brand is a satisfied customer.

I've always enjoyed being on the forefront of technology and it was a thrill to ride the wireless industry wave from the days when the only wireless device available was a phone installed in a vehicle to the hand-held computers of today. But my now former employer left the area and I am embarking on a new direction. What better way to blend my customer relations experience and technical savvy with my skills as a writer than in social media journalism?
