Everyone has highs and lows that they have to learn from, but every morning I start off with a good head on my shoulders, saying to myself, 'It's going to be a good day!.

I'm not in the best shape, but I want to prove to myself I can do something that seems insurmountable and inspire others by showing them no matter where they are in their fitness goals, they can do it, too.

I remember the first boy that ever called me ugly.

It’s funny how those sort of things stick in your brain.

I felt like I was disrespected,

But then I realised that it wasn't me who was ugly but the persons heart.
