Hello, I am using this page for my TOS because it is easier to link to via instagram.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES BELOW WILL RESULT IN ME REFUNDING YOU, RECLAIMING MY WORK OR DESIGN, AND I WILL NOT SELL TO YOU AGAIN.

ADOPTABLES:

- NO REFUNDS

- When you win an auction or AB, you MUST pay within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the auction will be reopened for 24 hours.

- When you purchase one of my adoptables, you may upload the image anywhere you'd like but you MUST link my DA or credit my Instagram in that upload as the original artist.

- When you draw and upload the adoptable on your own, you do not have to credit me.

- Do not sell the adoptable for more than you buy it for.

- You may edit and change anything you'd like.

- Do not remove my signature.

- It may be a good idea to add your own watermark to prevent someone else nabbing the design and claiming it as their own. This is up to you.

ARTWORK:

- NO REFUNDS

- You *Must* provide me with a clear reference.

- You may upload the art you get from me (commission, trades, gifts) anywhere you'd like but you MUST link my DA or credit my Instagram as the original artist.

- I will fix minor issues such as incorrect markings or piercing etc, I will not redraw large portions of the commission.

- Do not remove my signature.

- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
