Jermaine Sain is an event host, speaker, and founder of When We Speak TV, a media platform that shines a light on artists, community leaders, and rising talent through meaningful conversations and event coverage. Known for his warm, engaging presence, Jermaine has hosted interviews on red carpets, at entertainment events like Black Music Honors, and in community-focused spaces across Atlanta and beyond.
After serving in the U.S. Army as a Medical Sergeant, Jermaine auditioned for American Idol in 2005 in Austin, Texas. That moment sparked his creative journey, which led him to Atlanta in 2008, where he began performing as a background vocalist for major artists including Kem, Heart, and Barry Manilow. His voice has supported campaigns for Verizon Wireless, the Pink Ribbon Story Foundation, and more. He also appeared in Kem’s music video Glorify the King.
In addition to his on-camera work, Jermaine has built a strong foundation behind the scenes in film and television. He worked for six years as a Paymaster, contributing to major productions such as:

Prior to becoming a Paymaster, he also served as a Casting Assistant, giving him a well-rounded view of the entertainment industry and the creative process.
