I started running track in middle school down in Texas. Won the 2002 state championship for the 300h for 3-A in NC after being dq'd for false starting in the 110h. Made all-american 6 times for NCAA DIVISION II TRACK & FIELD for St. Augustine's College. Earned runner up in the 110h Qualified for USA indoor in 2010 ranking #20. Won nationals for Masters 2015 outdoor championships in the 400h and triple jump.
