20 years ago (19 year old) Jermane was sentenced to LIFE (with no appeal) for a crime he didn't commit. This was his First (and ONLY) Offence. The Ohio Innocence Project are currently investigating his fight for Freedom. He has remained silent for 20 years (now 38 years old)

Jermane is not only looking to overturn his sentence and seek a full pardon but also to fight for the glaringly obvious procedural errors that blighted his case/trial (from not being allowed to access legitimate legal representation - the State of Ohio deemed him unworthy as an indigent defendant of needing or having the right to adequate or competent counsel) to police coercing (witness statements) to the court not allowing evidence to be heard that would benefit (back up) his claim of innocence.

NO DNA evidence, NO motive, NO Murder Weapon, Inconsistent/contradictory witness statements,and a trial based on unfairness, procedural errors and lies.
