I’m all about helping the people around me grow — in life and in work. I’ve got a serious drive for learning new things, tackling big challenges, and building systems that make success repeatable. I built Recon from the ground up, landing it at #1100 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, and we even snagged a BBB Torch Award for Ethics in 2025.

I’ve got two awesome daughters, 18 and 20, and a girlfriend (whose age I’m smart enough not to mention). I love spending time with them, my family, and friends — whether we’re traveling, catching live music, or competing in anything that keeps score. I’ve always had a thing for entrepreneurship, leadership, and a good challenge.
