Jeroen Doggen

Jeroen Doggen is a lecturer and researcher at the Technology: Electronics-ICT department at Artesis Plantijn University College Antwerp. He teaches various courses in the fields of digital design, embedded systems and wireless sensor networks. His main research interest are in the domains of ambient systems, wireless sensor networks (WSN) and sensor based human computer interaction (HCI). He participates in the Arduino community as an author of several open source Arduino software libraries for sensor interfacing, motor control, unit testing and wireless communication. He is a reviewer of the following conferences and magazines: AMBIENT, ECUMICT, IEEE Communications Letters. He has given several international guest lectures in Finland (Oulu) and Austria (St. Pölten). He is currently also a part-time student in the field of environmental sciences at the open university in the Netherlands.
