My professional career has revolved around improving the performance of coworkers and customers through the design, development, and implementation of a variety of learning methodologies.

I have had the unique opportunity to play leading roles in a variety of organizations but have always strived to expand
my personal development and push myself to excel in new directions.

Currently I am working on the implementation and growth
of my Social Media strategy for a large, global organization,
Verint Systems. I have watched social media develop over
the past few years and have seen how it has grown into the current ‘big thing’ in business communications. It is a fast paced, ever changing environment that I find very challenging but lots of fun.

Current goals include building a strong brand presence for Verint in the social media universe, expanding the usage of social media by Verint to help in customer service functionality and implementing a connection between social media
outlets and our internal CRM solutions.
