Jerome Stone is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years in health-care. In addition to having worked in a variety of areas within healthcare such as Hospice, ICU, Multiple Sclerosis research, and Pain Management, he was also the Project Manager of an NIH-funded study on the Effects of Prayer on People with AIDS, and the Co-Principal Investigator and designer of a study on The Effects of Compassionate, Loving Intention as Therapeutic Intervention by Partners of Cancer Patients. He is the CEO/Owner of Perfect Sense Care Management in Boulder, Colorado, a company focusing on health-care advocacy, wellness practices and care management services. He is also the author of, Minding the Bedside: Nursing from the Heart of the Awakened Mind. Jerome also has over 20 years of experience in meditation and has taught meditation/mindfulness to hundreds of people. Jerome lives in Boulder with his wife, Jill, and their son Noah. He enjoys biking, hiking, reading, meditation and being a husband and dad.
