Jerome Webster

Dr. Jerome Webster began as the sixth President of Terra State Community College in Fremont, Ohio on July 1, 2012. Previously, he served as Vice President for Student and Administrative Affairs at Terra State. He also serves as an adjunct instructor/faculty affiliate in the Higher Education Administration program at The University of Toledo. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Olivet College in Michigan where he also served as a Residence Hall Director and Housing Coordinator. He received his Master and Doctoral degrees from the University of Toledo.
