Jerry is a ITS (Intelligent Traffic Systems) professional with over 10 years experience in Open Road Electronic Tolling, Automated Photo enforcement, and related discliplines. He is also an active lifestyle photographer producing work with a non-tradtional, modern feeling. When not involved in the above, he and is son are usually getting in some type of trouble with his wife.
