Although you may not believe that the Census has any impact on your life, overall the US Census, which is given decennially, plays a pivotal role in your life because it gives insight to how much financial funds are given to your town/city as well as dictates the number of seats each state has in the House of Representatives. Refusing to participate in the Census would hurt not only you, but negate federal funds to your community, which in turn hurts your community.
