I’ve noticed that I get bored quite easily and that being bored kind of triggers depressive symptoms like kind of wanting to do something but not having the motivation to do anything or to feel any joy, fun or interest; everything seems hollow and useless; I’m annoyed about everything for no reason and I just dislike everything.

Even though I feel like this right now I think I know how to get out of it, so I’m not too worried about my mental health.
