Jerry Clamon

An expert in business development and operational efficiency, Jerry Clamon draws on extensive knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma methodologies in his advisory duties with Clamon Kaizen Consulting. Qualified as a Black Belt in the renowned program's certification system, Clamon has accumulated both academic and applied experience with the Six Sigma implementation processes. Since his initial operations with GE Financial Assurance as a Green Belt in 1998, Jerry Clamon has pursued extended instruction through Villanova University, a leader in the provision of Six Sigma educational courses.

Before entering the consulting field, Jerry Clamon held analytical and managerial roles with several major business institutions. As a Business Control Manager at Bank of America, Clamon operated in the Home Loans division, directing relationships with more than 2,000 financial institutions and mortgage bankers. He regulated market risk practices and corporate reputation strategies as well as supervising due diligence operations. Throughout his five years in this role, Clamon was responsible for both the monitoring and the continuous improvement of operational systems to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

Jerry Clamon oversaw similar operational improvements in his prior post with JPMorgan Chase & Company. In his internal project management role with Chase Home Finance, Clamon utilized his diversified Six Sigma training to improve both process efficiency and customer relations policies. As a leader and instructor for the company's Green Belt and Black Belt teams, he mentored numerous employees in the nuances of Six Sigma application and refinement, from assessing cost and scheduling structures to enhancing professional communication. His previous experience in finance and business management includes work with Colonial Penn Insurance Company and Countrywide Home Loans.
