"For those who don’t know me, my name is Jerry and a passionate bartender. My passport says I am Dutch, I grew up pretty much all of my life in Ireland and when I met my wife kidnapped me and brought me to Mexico. In between all this confusion, I have lived 3 years in Greece, spent some time Down Under in Aussie land and made my travels around Thailand.

To make life even more intriguing I have been sailing the seven seas since 2008 on board Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruise Lines and Disney Cruise Line. Just by making a few drinks I have visited far flung corners of the world with Hong Kong topping my list.

My passion working as a bartender runs deep and the part I perhaps enjoy the most is to share my knowledge, stories and words of wisdom. When creating drinks, my inspiration reflects on my travels and I always embrace using the freshest, local ingredients available.

Moreover, I love sharing knowledge. Having gained strong public speaking skills, I do not fear large crowds and my passion for my job reflects my fun, interactive beverage seminars.

The days when someone tells me that I have inspired them, are the days I treasure the most.
