Jerry Hanoum
Senior pastor at Mountain View Christian Center and Chancellor of the Trinity Christian Schools, Jerry Hanoum makes child safety part of his life’s work. In March of 2011, Jerry Hanoum and supporters will launch www.TheHuntedChild.com, a website devoted to helping parents and youths remain safe from the threat of child predators.
As a father of 2 and grandfather of 10, Jerry Hanoum remains keenly aware of the dangers that modern society holds for children, especially after learning that one child gets abducted every 40 seconds. To combat this growing and alarming trend of missing children, Jerry Hanoum founded www.TheHuntedChild.com, where he serves as the president and host of the website’s live counseling sessions and webinars. Subscribers can also access weekly video scenarios detailing the tactics that child predators use to coerce and abduct children. Jerry Hanoum and his staff also provide members with multimedia materials, training guides, online self-defense classes, and educational information on the website.
To keep children actively involved in their own defense, Jerry Hanoum has constructed an incentive system where children earn points for participation, points that can later be redeemed for toys and rewards. To safeguard all of America’s children, Jerry Hanoum encourages individuals to sign up for wireless Amber Alerts on www.TheHuntedChild.com and to sign an online petition urging Congress to adopt legislation to make the country’s children safer against potential predators.
Jerry Hanoum has founded Hanoum Estates, providing spiritual retreats and restoration for fellow pastors. He also publishes the online Christian newsletter, Good News America, available at www.americasgoodnews.com.
