Jerry Houk

Born and Raised in Western PA Early in my career, I learned the trade of building fine homes in and around New Castle PA, as I swung a hammer for my father’s residential construction business. My love for construction led me to pursue a degree in Architecture from Penn State branch campus Shenango Valley. After college, I moved to the Pittsburgh region in the early ‘80’s, and have called the city my home ever since. I worked in various positions in corporate America with ever-increasing roles of greater accountability. Early in my corporate career, I transitioned from the construction field into computers, working on graphic design applications, programming, systems administration, IT project management and IT Sr. management. I recently left the challenges of corporate America to pursue a career in something I find interesting and enjoyable—Real Estate. I have acquired many experiences from my years of corporate life, honing skills of professionalism, ethics, enthusiasm, and organization.
