Jerry Maher

Jerry Maher is the founder and CEO of Radio Sawt Beirut international, a Lebanese online radio broadcasting from different locations around the world and a prominent news portal that follows the news of Lebanon, the Middle east and the world in 4 different languages. Jerry is interested in politics, especially the move towards democracy in the Arab world.

Spreading the culture of change in the Arabic societies is one of his ambitious goals; even though he is currently located in Europe, he got his education and was raised in the Middle east, and he knows the Middle eastern society well.

Jerry is also a social media activist. He uses all the available tools and channels to spread his ideas through different social platforms, like twitter and Facebook where he succeeded in creating his outstanding presence at Beirut city page which has more than half a million members. He believes in the new world system, and did not spare his efforts in standing beside the Syrian people during their revolution since day one.

He was accused by the Syrian Regime that he was one of the people behind the Revolution on March 15th 2011. Jerry, using his very good connections with politicians and officials in the Middle east and the European Union, tries to help the Syrian people get through with their rights and demands.
