Hello, my name is Jerome, and I am the owner of Defend Max LLC. I am a Vietnam veteran and returned to the USA and joined the Baltimore City Police Dept. I discovered that I had a knack for police work and became a highly decorated Police Officer. However, after 11 years I became very discouraged because of lenient judges and idiot jurors who allowed dangerous criminals back on the streets. I left the Police Dept. in 1983.
