Jess DeWoody

Jess DeWoody is a sophomore at Texas Tech University studying accounting in the Rawls College of Business. She expects to graduate May 2017.
Jess is from Austin Texas and is involved in many activities including Raider Sisters for Christ sorority, working with children at the church nursery, and mentoring two high school girls. Service is important to her as a way to teach and give back to others. She loves learning and believes that education happens in the classroom and outside of the classroom as well. She works hard in school, manages time well, and has great goals in life. One of these goals includes studying abroad in Italy. She believes this experience will teach her more about independence, teamwork, and adaptability.
