Hello, my name is Jess. I am a certified personal trainer in the Austin area and I am currently completing clinical rotations in a Physical Therapy Program. Being a former college athlete I have the drive to set out to do anything and the heart to carry it through. My number one goal in life is to help people in any way that I can to reach their goals. Seeing my clients and patients progress is the best reward of all. Spiritually, socially, physically, and emotionally we all need a solid foundation for a smooth ride on this rollercoaster we call life. Most of my clients consider me family and vice versa. I am here to make a solid imprint on the lives of all those that I come in contact with.
