About Me

My name is Jessamine Tambot; I am a marketing student studying at Seneca college. I am a hard-working perfectionist, who takes work with a passionate and optimistic attitude. When working, I take a creative, outside-of-the-box approach whenever I can. Hopefully, we can stay connected.

My Five Strengths

1. Perfectionist: I am a perfectionist when it comes to the work I do. Whenever I do a project, I try my best to produce work that I am proud to put my name on.
2. Optimistic: During hard times in my life, I look at the positives of these events. I do this because life is about balance, and if something negative happens, there is a positive side.
3. Persistent: When I face an obstacle, I am determined to finish the task or get as far as I can.
4. Passionate: When it comes to the things I love and am interested in, I tend to put in the time and effort; compared to what I'm not passionate about.
5. Advisor: My friends or family usually come to me for advice. They always ask me what they should do because I give insight into all sides of the problem.

My Values

• Respect: When respect is involved with a group of people, they will have the ability to build trust and relationships, and there will be a good atmosphere.
• Growth: When people are willing to learn and change, this shows that the person is taking accountability and improving or learning new things to enhance their work.
• Loyalty: Having loyal people is great because it shows how much they care and believe; doing this creates better and stronger relationships.
• Fairness: Fairness in an environment is one of the best things to have. When two people get the same treatment, they feel respected and like they matter.
• Communication: In any relationship; communication is important to overcome problems or achieve a goal. So, sharing your thoughts, feeling, or opinions can create collaboration and compromises.
