After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science, Jessamy Tang operated as a Business Analyst at Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche), a management consulting firm catering to a clientele of Fortune 500 firms. In 1994, Jessamy Tang worked with Disney’s ABC RADIO NETWORKS in New York and Dallas. Quickly achieving recognition for her leadership qualities, Jessamy Tang gained promotion to Director of Enterprises at ESPN and subsequently served as a Special Assistant to the President of the ABC Radio Division.

With a proven ability to facilitate business agreements and implement effective business strategies, Jessamy Tang joined the ABC Radio-owned ESPN Radio station in Pittsburgh as the President and General Manager. While occupying this role, Jessamy Tang developed a top –rated ESPN radio station, increasing audience share by 45% while boosting revenues significantly. Following her eight years with Disney, Jessamy Tang launched her own entrepreneurial endeavor, where she consulted for different organizations, including the Miami Dolphins. After three years of consulting with high-profile clients, Jessamy Tang returned to the sports radio business in 2005.

As the President and Chief Executive Officer of J Sports Boston, Jessamy Tang raised more than $15 million of private equity funding to purchase and operate two Boston-area ESPN-affiliate stations. With her experience running major radio stations, Jessamy Tang developed and implemented an all-encompassing operating strategy, which covered all aspects of business, from programming to marketing and sales. In three years, Jessamy Tang created a top power ratio radio station in the Boston market by developing partnerships with the leading sports franchises and media outlets in the region. Currently, Jessamy Tang is a Partner with MCE Partners, LLC, an investment management company.
