I took a stand on my own life and decided I no longer wanted to feel like a stranger in my own body. I wanted energy, to feel sexy and to love life. I have tried so many different "quick fix" diets in my life, but nothing has worked quite like eating clean and training mean. I want to share my story so that I can inspire others not to become victims of the state they are in but to embrace their full potential.
