Jesse Gutierrez

I am a 1st Year Graduate Student at Chapman University obtaining a Masters in Leadership Development.

I obtained a B.A. in International Studies at the University of California San Diego in June of 2014. Throughout my studies of cultures and travels through studying abroad I have come to value diversity immensely. I have found that diversity within ideas, beliefs, cultures, and attitudes, among many other aspects of life, is what in actuality brings us closer together.

My quest for personal growth has forced me to branch out from the loving arms of my family tree and although I hold true to my roots I take pride in my journey and remind myself that every leader eventually leaves home to accomplish great aspirations.

On a lighter note, there is nothing like winding down with some good music while going on a run.
