Jesse Alexander
Father, Small Business Owner, and creative director in New York
I’ve made a career in design, brand development, business development, operations and strategy with an inherent interest in searching for authenticity and ways in which to expose a genuine ethos. In the footsteps of 3 generations of artists and graphic designers, I first moved to New York for the Arts. Since then, I have developed a diverse portfolio of work; from a decade long relationship with the Explorers Club as Creative Director of the Explorers Journal to having been an active member of New York’s hospitality elites as Operating Partner of EN Japanese Brasserie.
From brand strategy to business development. I’ve proven a dynamic ability to bring together the far reaching fundamentals of small to mid-size businesses. Working with hotels, restaurants, 100,000 sft co-work spaces and coffee shops I’ve developed brands that work, operational strategies that flow, pro-formas that project detailed accurate numbers and negotiated terms for the little guy that help them to succeed.
