As vice president asset management of Fidelity Corp, responsibilities include supporting company portfolio of residential and commercial investment properties. For these properties, I manage for compliance, revenue maximization and expense management. Additionally, I recommend capital expenditures, ensure debt covenant compliance, property manager performance, property condition maintenance, internal goals, strategies and initiatives. Finally, I maintain full P&L responsibility for all company assets, as well as those contracted for management.
