Today, my number-one priority is to be a champion for the Kingdom of God in a lost world. As Leadership Director at The Crossing, my goal is to inspire and equip our students and staff to take the unique vision God gives them to the world - consistently and effectively. As they grow in understanding of their own values and talents - as well as those of others, I hope to lead them into a life of love and growth. We create disciples whol re-engage their families and communities to turn the tide of culture.

I communicate effectively, establish report quickly, build effective and loyal teams, contribute creative direction, lead through inspiration, and embrace and facilitate change.
