Jesse Maddex

Born and raised in Leadville, CO. Adopted Vail as a second home to attend high school and pursue my goal of a professional alpine ski racing career. Suffered a career-ending knee injury at the age of 20. Made my way to both coasts for college and since have assumed the roles of volunteer, coach, educator, grad student, social worker, outdoor enthusiast and athlete. Currently work in the nonprofit technology sector with a keen interest in pursuing endeavors focused on social entrepreneurship and impact. Away from work, I prefer to spend as much time as possible in motion in the mountains or on the water.
