I've been building business systems for close to twenty years, everything from basic website builds to complex Wordpress websites to fully integrated systems that run an entire operation.

I ask where does the data go? How do leads get handled? How does someone go from first contact to paying? Where does everything slow down? Then I build to fix those specific problems and automate what's repetitive.

Modern AI tools has made business processes a lot better and faster. And I am happy to embrace and incorporate these changes in my workflow today.

In my work, I don't really build websites. I build the machinery underneath a business. The stuff that keeps running whether or not anyone's watching it.
