Jess Holbrook

I currently lead a team of six UX Researchers in our efforts to use research to inform the UX goals of our products and track our progress toward those goals for Microsoft. Before that, I earned a Ph.D. of Psychology at the University of Oregon. I am also an owner and founder of a research and statistics consulting company - Integrative Analytic Consulting.
