Jessica Lane is an international education and development professional for leadership, media, and civil society. Jessica focuses on instructional design and blended learning for youth and adult workshops and trainings.

Jessica has developed curricula and facilitated trainings and workshops to diverse, global students and professionals on the following topics:

With 15 years of experience in domestic and international programming, Jessica is passionate about justice and equity issues. Jessica holds an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from the School of International Service at American University and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from eCornell. She is trained in interactive conflict resolution methods such as intergroup dialogue and negotiation, cross-cultural communication, mental health first-aid, trauma-sensitive support, disability and LGBTQ+ inclusion design, and community organizing. She previously served in AmeriCorps and worked in the publishing field.
