This is who I am. I strive for a World that is connected, loving, present, conscious. This starts with me. Yoga and meditation are beautiful tools to remember how to BE. Not to become but connect with who and what I already am. How exciting is that!
I love to share the practice of both yoga and meditation. My own practice challenges me, pushes my boundaries each day. Giving me fresh insight, which than I in turn get to share with those around me.
