Hi! My name is Jessica. Nice to meet you! I'm a pastry chef that moved to NYC December 2013. I stepped down from the status of executive pastry chef to pastry sous chef from then to most currently now in April 2017.

New York City is a beast unlike anywhere else. It was important for me to learn my way around this place and the kitchens here as they are nothing like I'm used to in my Long Island home.

After much hard work and dedication, I am now the executive pastry chef for Epicurean Group ( Dell'anima, L'Artusi, Anfora, and L'Apicio restaurants). This is totally a dream come true. I look forward to developing the pastry program for the group while making the dessert program my own. It's going to be a work in progress so be patient with me as I go through this process :)
