Currently a second-year student, studying RTA Media Production at Ryerson University. I am a highly enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is constantly seeking new opportunities that will challenge me and develop my experience in the media industry.
I am passionate about television (multi-cam production), pop culture, live events, social media, and content creation. I have 5+ years of retail experience, working at stores such as McMaster University’s Campus Store and Topshop. Presently, I work at Bell Media – Radio as part of the promotions team. I attend live events in the GTA, speak to the general public, and promote the stations (CHUM FM, Virgin Radio, etc.) through contests, giveaways, and effective social media posts. I am also currently an eTalk Production Intern for the semester. I attend daily pitch meetings and share ideas on the most recent celebrity news. I also assist with field shoots, administrative duties, and shadow producers. Throughout my undergrad and work experiences so far, I have learned immense problem-solving skills, collaborating with others, and expressing ideas in a creative and compelling manner.
Furthermore, I have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, videography/photography, and working in fast pace environments. In the future, I see myself graduated, traveled and working within the entertainment industry, enjoying my position.
