Jessica King

I love what music does to people and love seeing what music does, changes moods, lifts spirits and creates an experience like no other. I am passionate about music and use it to entertain and move dance floors. I am believe in the South African music industry, I find it important to support local DJ's, as South Africa has so much to offer the world musically.

I started DJing at the age of 18, I bought myself some CDJ's and locked myself in my room for a couple of months. I landed a residency at JET Night Club where I played, grew and learnt for a year. Since then I have been privileged enough to play in South Africa, Mozambique and Zambia. I have also worked in the music industry for 4 years doing various jobs.

In 2012 I made it to the top 6 of the 5fm Ultimix at 6 competition, I also produced my first original track in 2012 called Mojito which can be found on my soundcloud page.

I am always interested in learning and growing as an artist. I see a big future for myself as a DJ and I'm on the road to achieving all I aim for!
